her intention for QUEST OF comes from her continual passion to encourage, inspire, and help people grow.
through her love for psychology, her own struggles with mental health, and her short career in the mental health field, she's developed an intense connection with introspection that has helped her navigate her own life. this self-dynamic has moved her to create a space that encourages others in their own self-awareness, mindfulness, mental wellness, and relationships.
she also really likes good questions, being a free-thinker, and believes that awareness is the beginning to any form of change.
